Executable still loading... but have an art update!

It really puts Bees in my Bonnet that RPGmaker is advertised as a Quick Start Option when it is just, really not that. It makes a lot of functions that should be under dev control almost entirely under the hood, so in order to make battle sequences more that "I whack, you whack back" but with nice graphics, you immediately have to jump into writing things into the comment tags for plugin packages to parse. Also, the tiling engine is like shoving bamboo under your fingernails and likes to crash the entire thing intermittently. Luckily, my savingscum mantra has been more consistent, or I would have had to start over from scratch AGAIN AGAIN...

Finished:

  • Tile layout
  • Most of Art asset creation 
  • Music selection

Unfinished:

  • SFX addition
  • translating "here is how the puzzle battle's logic works" into code that runs as intended
  • Sundry simple battle animations
  • Playthrough testing
  • Final scene scripting
  • 1 overworld sprite and 3 dialog sprites
